These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the 711ZILIA mobile application (the “App”) published by sevenelevenziliang, P J Troelstralaan 5, 3118 VA Schiedam, Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
711ZILIA is an offline organiser for independent beauty professionals: appointments, calendar, client cards, visit history, services and local reminders. The App is free to use and contains no purchases or subscriptions.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); if they conflict, the Standard EULA applies.
3. Your data and responsibility
All information you enter is stored only on your device. You are responsible for the content you enter, including information about your clients, and for complying with privacy laws that apply to you. Keep your device secure and make backups of your device if your data is important to you: if the App is deleted, its data is lost.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, to store information you have no right to keep, or to store medical diagnoses. Do not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the App except where the law allows it.
5. Reminders
Reminders are a convenience. They depend on your device settings and permissions, and we cannot guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, change or stop offering the App. Updates may add, change or remove features.
7. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost income, missed appointments or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its name, design and content belong to sevenelevenziliang or its licensors. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.
10. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
